We ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is usually 2-7 workdays.

What are the shipping costs?

Germany
Delivery is free for all orders 50€ and over. Postage for orders under 50€ is 3,90€

Austria
Delivery is free for all orders 50€ and over. Postage for orders under 50€ is 5,90€

Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg
Delivery is free for all orders 50€ and over. Postage for orders under 50€ is 7,90€

Which service provider is used for shipping?

Your ordered goods will be delivered to you by our logistics partner DPD.

What payment methods are available?

We offer the following payment methods:

•    Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
•    PayPal
•    Klarna

Your payment will be recorded in the system immediately so that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

You can return unused items to us within 14 days of delivery. Please use our contact form and write us a short message with your name, item number and order number.

For returns within Germany, we will bear the costs and send you a return note as soon as possible.

Once we have received the return, we will credit the corresponding amount to your original form of payment within 14 days.

Have you received a defective or incomplete item?
