We ship to Germany and Austria.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is usually 2-5 workdays within Germany,
3-7 workdays to Austria

What are the shipping costs?

From 50 Euro order value we deliver free of charge,
below that the shipping costs are 3,90 Euro

From 50 Euro order value we deliver free of charge,
below that the shipping costs are 5,90 Euro

Which service provider is used for shipping?

Your ordered goods will be delivered to you by our logistics partner DPD.

What payment methods are available?

We offer the following payment methods:
  •     Credit card / direct debit
  •     PayPal
Your payment will be recorded in the system immediately so that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

You don't like the item or perhaps you imagined the product differently?

You can return unused items in their original packaging to us within 14 days of delivery.
Please use our contact form and write us a short message with your name, item number and order number.
For returns within Germany, we will bear the costs and send you a return slip as soon as possible.
As soon as we have received the return, we will credit the corresponding amount to your original form of payment within 14 days.

Have you received a defective or incomplete item?

Of course we will look into your case. Please contact the Toynamics Europe GmbH complaints team at reklamationen-de@toynamics.com or via our contact form.
For the processing of the complaint we need:
  •         Picture of the damage
  •         Detailed description of the damage
  •         Invoice / receipt
  •         Your address for sending the spare part

Can I buy a spare part?

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer spare parts for sale.
However, we would like to help you if we have the right spare part in stock. Please contact us with the following information:
  • Item number and exact item description
  • Date of purchase and batch number
  • Your address for spare parts dispatch
